zaki ibrahim

check her out at. www.zakiibrahim.com

I'm honored to have had my work on Zaki Ibrahim at Juno fest and her Flare photo shoot. Funny how small the Toronto artist world is. Thanks to Seema for making it happen. There's something rewarding about having your art on another artist. Especially when that artist really appreciates your work. I'm glad that we'll be working together collaboratively on future projects. work it out girl you look amazing.

"Zaki Ibrahim's music is captivating and vibrant, thick with poetics and steeped in a delicious mixture of earnest emotion and social commentary. Her path continues to layer new experiences that impact her music, culminating in her most recent project, Eclectica (Episodes in Purple). Ibrahim's road has been paved with creative encounters from a childhood steeped in musical influences to performing at Capetown's historic Armchair Theatre, then touring Canada with South Africa's Tumi and the Volume, The Roots, Bedouin Soundclash, and Erykah Badu to collaborating with famed DJs King Britt and Ron Trent."
